Trauma aware yoga and somatic ground work to reduce the symptoms of complex trauma and PTSD as well as stress, overwhelm, fatigue, burn out, grief, depression and anxiety.
Ongoing classes to balance the nervous system.
No strenuous practice. Gentle movement coupled with breath awareness and guided relaxation.
No experience required. Come as you are in comfortable clothing that you can easily move in.
