Group Meditation
Community space for seated un-guided meditation. All meditators welcome. The space opens at 7pm with ten minutes for arrival, social acknowledgements and preparing the body to sit. Welcome to use props, please don’t bring any cushions if they may have pet fur on them. Silence beings at 7:10 (no entry after this). A bell is rung at 7:15 to begin and again at 7:45 to close. Please leave the space in silence by 8pm. $2 - $5 donation goes towards maintaining the beautiful space for our practice.
