Nick Laurence
Nick is a clinical psychologist with a keen interest in embodied approaches to mental health. He works primarily from an Internal Family Systems lens and is also trained in CBT, DBT, and MiCBT. He has a strong interest in neurodiversity and its links with mental health, as well as an interest in positive psychology and flourishing. His doctoral thesis was in the area of bigger-than-self distress, which looked at what individuals can do from a psychological perspective to increase their capacity for wise responses to environmental and social issues and the distress associated with these.
