Group Meditation


Community space for seated un-guided meditation. All meditators welcome.

The space opens at 7pm with ten minutes for arrival, social acknowledgements and preparing the body to sit. Welcome to use props - yoga mats, blosters, cushions and chairs available (please don’t bring any cushions if they may have pet fur on them).

Silence beings at 7:10pm (no entry after this). A bell is rung at 7:15pm to begin and again at 7:45pm to close. Please leave the space in silence by 8pm.

$2 - $5 donation goes towards maintaining the beautiful space for our practice.
